On 14th July 2021, The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has made a notification to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) (2nd Amendment) Regulations, 2016.
- The amended regulations have been into effective from 14th July, 2021.
- The amendment regulations by IBBI will enhance the discipline, transparency, and accountability in corporate insolvency proceedings.
