Hockey India released a list of the 18-member team to represent India at the FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023. FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023 will be held in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela from January 13 to 29, 2023.
- The Indian team has been kept in pool D. pool D contains England, Spain, and Wales.
- Harmanpreet Singh will be the Captain of the squad with Amit Rohidas as the Vice Captain.
- The Indian team will start the World Cup campaign against Spain on 13th January 2023 in the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium at Rourkela.
