HDFC Bank launches HDFC Bank Smart Saathi – HDFC Bank introduced the digital distribution platform called “HDFC Bank Smart Saathi” aimed at connecting business correspondents (BCs) and business facilitators (BFs) to the bank. It will meet the evolving needs of its customers. Vivek Joshi and Smita Bhagat launched HDFC Bank Smart Saathi in Delhi.
- HDFC Bank Smart Saathi will help by making banking products and services available, especially credit for rural customers, which will help in the development of our country.
- It will help in enhanced income generation for the agents and also help customers to access easy credit.
- The platform will also increase capacity building for agents and further financial literacy for customers.
