Hardayal Prasad resigns as MD & CEO of PNB Housing Finance– PNB Housing Finance (PNBHF) announced that Hardayal Prasad has resigned as managing director and chief executive officer of the company citing personal reasons. He will be replaced by Girish Kosugi, who has been the managing director and chief executive officer of Can Fin Homes.
- The Board of PNB Housing Finance on 20 October 2022 has approved the resignation of Hardayal Prasad as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from 20 October 2022 and approved the appointment of Girish Kousgi as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from 21 October 2022.
