Global Smart City Index 2020 by IMD
Ranking Current Affairs: The Institute for Management Development (IMD) has released the Smart City Index 2020 with the help of Singapore University for Technology and Design (SUTD). as per the Smart City Index 2020, it included 109 cities and the survey was conducted.
- The index consists of data related to economic and technological. Singapore has topped in the index and followed by Helsinki and Zurich got the 2nd and 3rd place. Hyderabad city has been listed as the top Indian city and got the 85th place. Indian cities have registered a decline in their rankings in the Smart City Index 2020.
