DARPG operates Feed Back Call Centers in various cities such as Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Jamshedpur, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Ajmer, Guntur, Coimbatore and Guntakal with the collaboration of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

Such Feedback Call Centres aims to receive feedback from individual citizens based on citizen satisfaction on 1.28 lakh COVID-19 Public Grievances.
