Shri Harsh Vardhan has introduced a mobile application named as eBloodServices in the country. the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) created and developed eBloodServices mobile application under the guidelines of Digital India scheme.
A needy person will be able to demand/ request four units of blood at a time and blood banks will have to wait for as long as 12 hours for the person to collect it. this app will play crucial role to ensure delivery of blood within the specified time. App will be beneficial to a large extent those people who direly need blood.
