CBIC’s Chairman M. Ajit Kumar launches “e-Office” application

e-Office application

  • The Chairman of Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), M. Ajit Kumar has has started off “e-Office” application in more than 500 CGST and Customs offices in the country. The “e-Office” is known as a Mission Mode Project (MMP). National Informatics Centre (NIC) has developed this application and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) is giving its support.
  • This application will enable to remove the manual handling of files and paper movement with automated internal office procedures.
