Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2021: India ranks 85th – The Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2021 has been released by Transparency International. as per the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2021, India has been ranked at 85th position with a Score of 40.

  • India’s rank improved by one place to 85 in 2021 and in 2020, India was ranked at 86th.

Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2022

  • Denmark, Finland, New Zealand and Norway have topped the list with the highest score of 88.
  • The Index measures how corrupt each country’s public sector is perceived to be. The results are given on a scale of 0 (highly corrupt) to 100 (very clean).
