CII-ITC Sustainability Awards 2019
- NTPC Ltd has received the prestigious CII-ITC Sustainability Awards 2019 in the terms of outstanding Accomplishment in Corporate Excellence Category. NTPC Ltd is known as a central PSU under Minister of Power and one of the largest power generation company in the india. NTPC Company gets Significant Achievement in the category of CSR.

- CSR program Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM) runs for one month residential program.
- Recently, NTPC has commenced Labour Information Management System (CLIMS). by using this system, payment is paid to contract labourers on the last day of the month at project sites.
- At present, NTPC is having total installed capacity of 62110 MW. it has 70 Power stations in which 24 Coal Stations, 7 combined cycle Gas or Liquid Fuel Stations, 1 Hydro Station, 13 Renewables 25 Subsidiary & JV Power Stations are there.
