3rd edition of annual Orange festival 2023 – 3rd edition of the annual Orange festival 2023 is being held at Rusoma village, under Kohima district in Nagaland. Department of Horticulture, Agriculture, Rural Development, Land Resources and Kohima Smart City organised the two-day festival.
- The Orange Festival in Rusoma Village of Kohima district will recognise and celebrate the hard work of the orange growers.
- It will also facilitate the market linkages to sell their produce at one hub.
- It featured several stalls such as the sale of handicrafts, organic vegetables and fruits, food items, the sale of orange saplings, a workshop on orange and coffee plantations and a signature campaign on “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.
