11th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav starts in West Bengal
On 14th February 2021, 11th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav has been inaugurated by Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar (West Bengal’s Governor). he begins Mahotsav at Cooch Behar Palace at Cooch Behar.
- The 11th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav will be conducted from 14th February to 28th February in West Bengal.

Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav
- it is a flagship programme, conducted by Ministry of Culture under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme. it aims to observe the idea of unity in diversity.
- it is a platform that provides a showcase, folk and tribal art, dance, music, cuisines, and culture.

- Prior to this, the last editions of Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav were organized in different states and cities such as Delhi, Varanasi, Bengaluru, Tawang, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tehri, and Madhya Pradesh across the country.
