Who is Father of Internet? – Vinton G. Cerf is known as the “Father of the Internet”. He is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet. In December 1997, US President, Bill Clinton presented the U.S. National Medal of Technology to Cerf and his colleague, Robert E. Cerf studied at Van Nuys High School with Jon Postel and Steve Crocker. While in high school, Cerf operated at Rocketdyne on the Apollo program for 6 months and supported writing statistical analysis software for the non-destructive tests of the F-1 engines.
