Tinu Yohannan appointed as Ranji coach
Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) has chosen former India medium-pacer Tinu Yohannan as new Kerala Ranji Trophy coach. his appointment was approved during KCA’s general body meeting.
- Along with it, The KCA’s cricket advisory committee provided their recommendations to appoint Yohannan’s name from five candidates. Yohannan will serve as coach for upcoming season.
- Yohannan stated that “It is a huge honour as well as a challenge”. this is 2nd time when Yohannan will serve as Kerala’s chief coach.
- Earlier, he served as director of KCA’s High Performance Centre in Alappuzha.
- During the meeting, new decisions have taken The inter-district and zonal tournaments for this season is going to be rescheduled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
