Tamil Nadu get 83.52 crore rupees from PM-CARES

• The Tamil Nadu state govt has been sanctioned 83.52 crore rupees amount from the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM-CARES) Fund.

• Revenue Secretary has said that two installments of funds from PM-CARES have been sanctioned to Tamil Nadu state. so , State gets 83.52 crore rupees in total.

• Centre govt announced that govt will release 1000 crore rupees package to States and Union Territories from the PM-CARES Fund. it will aim to strengthen existing measures being taken for the welfare of migrant labourers.
