Shiv Nadar steps down as MD of HCL Tech
The founder of HCL Technologies Ltd Shiv Nadar has stepped down from the post of the Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. However, he will continue to guide the company in the capacity of Chairman Emeritus and Strategic Advisor to the board for five years.
