Roshni Nadar Malhotra as chairman of HCL Tech
- The wealthiest woman from India, Roshni Nadar Malhotra has been chosen as new chairman of Noida-based IT company, HCL Technologies. her appointment as non-executive director come into immediate effect. Roshni Nadar will take place of her father, Shiv Nadar. Shiv Nadar Malhotra will continue serving as HCL Tech’s managing director, with the designation as the chief strategy officer.

- Roshni has served as the executive director and CEO of HCL Corporation, vice-chairperson of the board of HCL Technologies, and trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation.
- She was selcted as additional director on the board of India’s third-largest software exporter in 2013.
