  • Indian All rounder Ravinder Jadeja has been named as Most Valuable Player(MVP) of India by Wisden. Jadeja has paid his contribution in both batting and fielding side.
  • At present, Jadeja is leading 97.3 MVP rating and he is at second place after Sri Lankan Cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan. In order to analyse performance, Wisden uses an analysis tool CricViz in cricket.

About Ravinder Jadeja:

  • In the year 2009, he played his debut match and has played 49 test matches, 165 ODIs and 49 T20I games. his batting average is over 35 and bowling averages is 24.62. during his career, he has scored 1000 runs and has taken almost 150 wickets.

Wisden poll results :

  • Wisden hosts the poll to select one best among 16 Indian Batsmen on its official facebook account. More than 11000 fans became the part of the poll on Facebook.
  • In the Poll, Rahul Dravid known as The Wall, was given 52 per cent votes and chosen as India’s greatest test batsman. Sachin Tendulkar was at 2nd place and followed by Gavaskar and Virat Kohli got 3rd and 4th position.
