Rail Madad: A Unified Customer Care Solution – Launched by Indian Railways
Indian Railways has launched an integrated one-stop solution “Rail Madad”. with the help of “Rail Madad”, People can use the Railway ministry toll-free number 139 for various purposes like all kinds of inquiries and making complaints. Apart from this, the national transporter has merged a number of existing helplines that were being used for various purposes by individuals into one.
- The helpline facility will provide services in 12 languages and will be available for 24*7 hours.

- Rail Madad is known as an integrated and innovative one-stop solution that can be used for various purposes such as customer grievance, enquiry, suggestion and assistance, providing passengers with the choice to access RailMadad through multiple channels, namely, Web, App, SMS, Social Media and Helpline number (139) and so on.
How to Register a Complaint via Rail Madad
Step 1: Visit the Official website @ https://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in/madad/final/home.jsp.
Step 2: Fill in the required information like Journey Details, PNR No, Date of Incident, Describe the Complaint, and so on.
Step 3: Click on the submit button.
