  • National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED) has recently procured almost 3.17 Lakh MT Grams (Chana) from Nine States they are – Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana.
  • Apart from this, Nafed has made a purchase of almost 3.67 Lakh MT Mustard from others 5 States they are : Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Haryana.
  • also, 1.86 Lakh MT Toor from 8 States including – Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Odisha.
  • During Rabi Marketing Season (RMS) 2020-21, Food Corporation of India (FCI) has received a total of 277.38 Lakh MT wheat from farmers.
