The Pat Napolitano Memorial Scholarship for Aspiring Technicians is awarded to graduating high school seniors and current college students to get the education they need to become successful aircraft maintenance technicians. The scholarship is an initiative in memory of Pat Napolitano, Fleet Support Representative and Staggerwing Pilot for Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics.

Eligibility Criteria

Follow the Eligibility Criteria to apply for the program.

• Have a scanned file (.jpg, .pdf, etc.) of your most recent high school or college transcript on your computer.
• Prepare your responses to the Questions & Essay section before you start application. It is suggested you type your responses in a document editor (MS Word, Google Docs) then cut and paste into the appropriate field below.
• Applications received without completed information will not be considered.

Application Process

• High school or college transcripts
• A 300-word essay discussing aviation technologies – Write about your career plans. (a) Include the school(s) you are considering, (b) your desired field of study (avionics, aircraft maintenance, etc.) and (c) where you plan to gain employment after graduation. – Describe what scholastic and community activities you are involved in and how these will help you pursue your aviation career goals.
