The Hazen – Walter B. Sinnott Scholarship is awarded based on merit and character to a full-time, post-secondary school student enrolled in a program of study in the water supply field that leads to a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university in the United States. applicants whose courses of study to water works practice in New York State (e.g., engineering design, utility management or regulation, treatment plant operation), will be given priority.
