The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue (Central Board of Direct Taxes), has released a notification on June 17, 2025. As per the notification, the Central Government, using the powers given to it under the Income-tax Act, 1961, has notified the “Puducherry Planning Authority” (PAN: AAAAP3523E) as an eligible authority under section 10(46A)(b) of the Income-tax Act.
