National SC-ST Hub Scheme: Supporting SC/ST Entrepreneurs – The National SC/ST Hub was launched to provide professional support to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneurs to fulfil the obligations under the Central Government Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises Order 2012, adopt applicable business practices and leverage the Stand-Up India initiative.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the National SC-ST Hub Scheme for crossing over one lakh beneficiary registrations. the national SC-ST Hub Scheme aims to strengthen the MSME sector amounts to strengthening every section of society.

National SC-ST Hub Scheme – Purpose
- It aims to create a conducive environment that encourages and helps SC/ST entrepreneurs in meeting the mandated 4% procurement by Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) as specified in the Government’s Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises.
