DSWD Cash Assistance Requirements
- Valid ID of the client/ Person to be interviewed.
- Enrolment or assessment form or certificate of enrolment, or Registration.
- The Students also need a validated school ID, and if in college.
- Statement of account for a College student,
- Certificate of indigence/ Residency.
How to Apply for the DSWD Educational Cash Assistance
- A photocopy or Xerox of the student’s and Parents’ ID. Enrolment Assessment Form.
- Certificate of enrollment/ Registration
- All requirements must be in an A4 brown Envelope.
- Check a serial or assigned number.
- Must carry the original IDs and documents for review by the agency staff.
