The Missouri Section of American Water Works Association (MO-AWWA) launched a scholarship fund titled the J.R. Popalisky Scholarship Fund (JRPSF) for qualified students enrolled in an accredited college or university in the State of Missouri. The qualifying curriculum for scholarship applicants will include courses related to civil or environmental engineering or environmental science with an emphasis on career fields associated with water supply.
The JRPSF offers one or more scholarships per year, with the top-ranked application receiving an award of $2,500-$1,000. The scholarship aims to encourage enrollment in educational studies related to career fields associated with water supply.
