In 2019, Diane Alber, author of “I’m NOT Just a Scribble” created International Scribble Day. “I’m NOT Just a Scribble” book highlights kindness and acceptance, demonstrated by a cute character, Scribble, and encourages children to create art no matter their ability. She shared a Facebook post about her idea of beginning a National Scribble Day.
How to celebrate International Scribble Day
Make your scribbles – On this day, you can make your scribbles by using crayons, markers, and other art supplies. You can do it with your family members.
Plan an event – People can conduct the Scribble Day activities at your school or college. You can even start with a Scribble Starter Pack and get as creative with the activities
