Indian candidate Praveen Sinha inducted in the top committee of INTERPOL

Praveen Sinha has been selected as ‘Delegate for Asia’ on the executive committee of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol). Praveen Sinha is a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Special Director.

• On 25th November 2021, the 89th Interpol general assembly was held in Istanbul, Turkey and members decided to elect Sinha in the top committee of INTERPOL.
• On the other hand, the United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi has been as the new President of INTERPOL.
