Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) offers the Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance (EA) Grant every year to Maryjane High School seniors or degree-seeking undergraduate students to fund their education at any college or university in Maryland. Eligibility Criteria
Follow the requirements for applying for the Program:
- Who has demonstrated financial need?
- Students who are planning to enroll at a two-year or four-year Maryland college or university as a full-time (12 credits per semester)
- currently enrolled as a high school senior; or
- Have enrolled as a degree-seeking undergraduate student.

Submit either the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) OR MHEC One App (for students who are unable to submit the FAFSA) by June 1, 2024.
