Govt appointed Vikram Dev Dutt as new CMD of Air India – The Ministry of Civil Aviation has decided to appoint lAS officer Vikram Dev Dutt as Air India’s new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). Vikram Dev Dutt was elected as the Air India chief in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.
- Dutt is a 1993-batch IAS officer of AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram and Union Territory) cadre.
- He is serving as Principal Secretary (Tourism) in Delhi government.
