Europe’s Arianespace launches India’s GSAT-24 to enhance television viewings – The Ariane-5 rocket launched India’s GSAT-24 a Ku-band 4-ton class communications satellite built by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for NewSpace India Limited (NSIL). The mission carried a multi-mission telecommunications satellite named “MEASAT-3d” built by Airbus Defence and Space.
