Data Governance Quality Index 2023 – The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) was ranked in the second position with an impressive score of 4.7 out of 5 in the influential assessment known as the Data Governance Quality Index (DGQI). the DGQI survey aims to evaluate the level of maturity of administrative data systems and their application in the decision-making process.
- The DGQI assessment contains six pivotal themes, including Data Generation, Data Quality, Use of Technology, Data Analysis, Use and Dissemination, Data Security and HR Capacity, and Case Studies.
