The award is offered by Wanda Peacock in memory of her late husband, Chuck Peacock. It recognises the importance of management skills and is available to a high school senior or college student who plans to attend or is attending an accredited school in an aviation management program.

- A 300-word essay discussing aviation technologies – Write about your career plans. (a) Include the school(s) you are considering, (b) your desired field of study (avionics, aircraft maintenance, etc.) and (c) where you plan to gain employment after graduation. – Describe what scholastic and community activities you are involved in and how these will help you pursue your aviation career goals.
