Charlotte Mecklenburg Emergency Services Scholarship offers undergraduate scholarships to students seeking to obtain an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree for employment in Emergency Services careers, including Emergency Medical, Fire, and Law Enforcement including but not limited to, studies in Emergency Medical Science, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, Firefighting/Fire Science, Law Enforcement and Emergency Management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent
- Is looking to enroll full-time in an accredited degree program.
- Must have and maintain a 2.5 unweighted cumulative GPA for high school applicants or a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA for applicants already enrolled in an accredited degree program.
- Must be a resident of the state of North Carolina.
