Amit Shah inaugurates “Amrit Samagam” a conference of Tourism and Culture Ministers – A conference of the Ministers of Culture and Tourism “Amrit Samagam” was held from April 12th to April 13th, 2022 in view of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM).

• It aims to discuss how far the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav has progressed so far.
• It also highlights best practices and ideas for methods.
• Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav includes public participation (Jan Bhagidhari) such as ‘Har Ghar Jhanda’, ‘International Yoga Day’, ‘Digital District Repository’, ‘Swatantra Swar’ and ‘Mera Gaon Meri Dharohar’.
• Union Minister for Tourism, Culture, and DONER Shri G. Kishan Reddy has unveiled the Utsav Portal website.
• it is a digital initiative launched by the Ministry of Tourism.
• It will help in showcasing all events, festivals, and live darshans across the country.
