The top 5 finalists of Telugu Indian Idol Season 2 were Sruthi from New Jersey, Jayaram from Hyderabad, Laasya Priya from Siddipet, Karthikeya from Hyderabad, and Soujanya Bhagavathula from Visakhapatnam.
Soujanya won the title, while Jayaram and Laasya Priya won the first and second runners-up spots, respectively.
Allu Arjun presented the trophy to Soujanya and other participants.
