Adani Group signed an agreement with South Korea’s POSCO to develop a steel mill in Gujarat

Adani Group signed an agreement with South Korea’s POSCO to develop a steel mill in Gujarat (5 billion Mundra steel mill) – Adani Group has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with South Korea’s largest steelmaker POSCO in order to explore business opportunities in India.

  • As per the agreement, Adani Group and POSCO will set up a green, environment-friendly integrated steel mill at Mundra, Gujarat.
  • India will have an estimated investment of $5 billion (approx. Rs 37,000 crore).
