The national cricket board has put a ban of two years on Bangladeshi pacer, Kazi Anik Islam, due to doping. Anik was got failed in a dope test in 2018. during U-19 World Cup 2018, he was as most wicket-taker from Bangladesh side. he was tested positive for a prohibited substance Methamphetamine. however, Kazi Anik has accepted all offences and the two-year ban will start counting from 8th February 2019.
